All mobile devices are eligible for one-year software warranty starting from the date of purchase.
The software warranty will be invalid if the operating system is not updated as per the manufacturer’s recommendations. For instance, ensure the battery is charged above 60% and connected to a power source during the update, establish stable data connections, and do not power off the device to prevent operating system failures.
The warranty will be invalid if a third-party operating system is detected (such as jailbreaking on Apple devices or custom ROMs on Android), if firmware from a different region is installed, if bootloaders are unlocked, or if unauthorized access has tampered with the internal storage.
The device is covered for manufacturer defects during the first 3 days following purchase. After this period, it qualifies only for software warranty unless additional hardware warranty is purchased for eligible devices. Apple devices will eligible for AppleCare warranty policy once activated.
Warranty claims for the device will be ineligible if it exhibits physical damage, including drops, water exposure, cosmetic issues, burns, and damage to the display or touch sensors.
The device will not be eligible for hardware failure caused by power fluctuations, overload, or misuse beyond the manufacturer’s recommended guidelines.
With the purchase of an additional one-year hardware warranty, Ace Plus Globe will provide services for the motherboard and replacement parts, excluding the display and touch sensors of the device.
The device warranty will be void instantly in case of accidental liquid damage or physical damage, we or manufacturer will not provide any service than special conditions by the manufacturer if any.
Devices with removable accessories, such as smartwatch straps, are not eligible for warranty coverage. Certain charging adapters, cables, hands-free devices, and cases are also excluded from warranty coverage unless otherwise specified (Conditions Apply).
Device-to-device replacement will not be considered under any circumstances unless the device is found to have manufacturing defects within the initial 3 days of purchase. The management’s decision will be considered final in such cases.
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, incorrect device purchase, or choosing a different color, etc. The management’s decisions will be conclusive in such situations.
Refunds will not be issued for devices with a broken manufacturer seal or altered original manufacturer packaging.
The warranty is non-transferable and will become void if the device is sold or transferred to another individual or entity under any circumstances.
Any alteration or tampering of the original invoice will result in disqualification from warranty eligibility.
Processed warranty claims for devices covered under international warranty, including AppleCare, will require a minimum period of 40 working days. AppleCare warranty claims may incur a courier charge, the cost of which will be disclosed after the service due to fluctuations in courier fees. Warranty durations may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Devices with water resistance or IPX ratings will not qualify for claims related to liquid damage if the user has violated or disregarded the recommended guidelines provided by the manufacturer or IPX rating provider.
Warranty claims for devices covered under local agent warranties will be handled exclusively by their designated service centers within the country. We do not have authority over the warranty protocols for such devices. Procedures for dead on arrival devices follow the same guidelines, and decisions made by the relevant agents will be considered final.
Devices eligible for international warranty must be submitted for claims with a minimum buffer period of 21 working days before expiration. This applies to products such as Apple, JBL, and OnePlus devices.
