It comes with 8GB RAM and storage options of 128GB, 256GB, or 512GB. The device runs Android 16 with One UI 8, supporting up to 7 major Android upgrades.

The S25 FE features a triple rear camera setup and a 12MP front camera, offering 20% higher resolution than the S24 FE for detailed selfies AI-powered features include Photo Assist, Object Eraser, Auto Trim, Audio Eraser, and Multiframe HDR, enhancing low-light performance, color accuracy, and background editing. The ProVisual Engine optimizes color, sharpness, and contrast in real time.

It houses a 4,900 mAh battery, supporting 45W wired fast charging and 15W wireless charging Typical usage provides over a full day of battery life, while gaming or streaming may reduce screen-on time to around a quarter of a day
